The Project
Kofi Nimo Astro Turf is underway in Ashaiman, Greater Accra Region, commissioned by the District Assembly. Currently at the carpet stage, meaning earthworks and sub-base drainage are complete and turf laying is in progress.
The scope includes a 200-seater spectator stand, modern player dressing rooms, sub-base drainage, and perimeter fencing, a fuller build than a pitch alone, reflecting a facility designed to host organized matches, not just informal play.
